Enclosure Privacy Policy

At Enclosure, we are dedicated to finding innovative ways to deliver a better, more highly engaging user experience. This privacy policy has been compiled to provide information to those who are concerned about how their ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is being used online. Please read our privacy policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, protect and otherwise handle your PII. By visiting or using Enclosure websites, applications, or other services, you acknowledge that you accept these practices and policies.

What is PII and how do we collect it?
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate an individual, or to identify an individual in context. We collect information from you when you create an account on our site or enter information on our site.

What PII do we collect?
When creating an account on or requesting information from our site, you may be asked to enter your name, email address or other details to help you with your experience. We may use your Facebook profile or Google account to authenticate this data. We do not acquire any additional data from your Facebook or Google profile when authenticating your account.

Additionally, we receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with our Service. Enclosure automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, browser information and the page you requested or parts of the Service you accessed.
Generally, our service automatically collects usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our site and its components, that indicate how many people viewed particular pages. Enclosure uses this information internally to understand trends and improve our service, but only discloses this data in aggregate form, and not in a manner that would identify you personally. We may provide aggregate information to our partners about how our customers, collectively, use our site.
How do we protect your information?
We protect your information to the best of our ability. Our websites are scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit as safe as possible, we use regular malware scanning, and any sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Does Enclosure Share the PII it Collects?
Enclosure sites allow users to provide their names, email addresses, and phone numbers to real estate agents affiliated with properties that the user may be interested in. At your election, we will share your PII with those agents so that they may contact you about those real estate listings. We do not retain or re-use any information you provide to us for this purpose. We will not give, rent or sell your PII to anyone for any other reason.
We may provide aggregated usage data to our partners to analyze how our customers, collectively, use our sites, and how we can improve our sites.

Emails from Enclosure
You may elect to receive emails from Enclosure about real estate searches or listings that you have saved. We will not email you for any other reason.
